I was feeling slow and fat about a year ago. I had gotten up to 170 pounds and nothing was helping me lose weight. I play a lot of tennis and my weight was affecting my game. A friend told me about TeleWellnessMD, so I got hooked up with them. I started slowly losing weight because I just didn't feel like eating - especially at night.
I have gotten down to 146 and feel so much better. My A1C went from 6.5 to 5.7 and my cholesterol numbers went way down. My doctor was very happy, and I was too, when I saw those numbers.
I've started excercising more, with weights, to help me get stronger. I have lost my appetite for drinking alochol, so I make a drink with just orange juice - 50% - and leave out vodka, I just sip on it. I've lost my appetite for some junk foods, too.
I've never lost more than 1-2 pounds per week and I think losing it slowly is the best way to go.
